What's the difference between Fullblood Wagyu and Red Angus?
Our Fullblood Wagyu is 100% genetically verified Wagyu with intense marbling and a buttery texture. Our Red Angus delivers clean, robust, classic beef flavor at a great value. Both are raised with no shortcuts.
How should I store and thaw the beef?
Keep it frozen until you're ready. Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking for the best texture.
What is your American Bison and where does it come from?
Our bison are raised fresh in Florida and carry genetics tracing back to the Pablo-Allard herd of Montana's Flathead Valley — the same historic bloodline that Theodore Roosevelt's American Bison Society worked to preserve in the early 1900s. Roosevelt signed legislation creating the National Bison Range in 1908, and the founding herd traced directly to those Montana genetics. Today that bloodline continues in our bison: leaner than beef, higher in protein, 87% less fat than Choice-grade beef, and a clean, rich flavor unlike anything else.
